Airelles Palladio, Venice is set in a 16th-century property surrounded by gardens on the Giudecca, facing St Mark’s Square across the water; it is the Airelles collection’s first hotel in Italy. Hand-painted frescoes, Rubelli and Fortuny fabrics and antique furniture dress its 17 rooms, 28 suites and a three-bedroom private villa. The restaurants include Villa Frollo by Norbert Niederkofler, Matsuhisa and abc kitchens, with pastries by Cédric Grolet.
